fukuizumi
Founded in 1697, Fukuizumi has been supporting Japanese food culture with its brewing skills for over 300 years. Mirin-style seasoning “Shinmiryo Fukuizumi” has been produced since 1947; “Pozu Fukuizumi” since 1952, and Fukuizumi launched the first tade vinegar “Tade-su” in Japan in 1956.
