Following the recent increasing interest in Japanese Food among UK and European
consumers Tazaki Foods released the Yutaka Brand in 1996. Yutaka is a range of Japanese
Sushi ingredients targeted at Western consumers who are unfamiliar but eager to
try Japanese Food at home.
Our aim is to deliver high quality, authentic and innovative Japanese food at affordable
prices.
Using our experience of over 30 years serving top Japanese restaurants we now supply
the Yutaka sushi ingredients range to major UK and European supermarket chains,
leading high street department stores and speciality food retail shops. We also
use our expertise to assist and develop Japanese private label products for supermarkets.
