Yutaka Showcase at Taste of Britain Prague

Yutaka has been displayed at the UKTI event - TASTE OF BRITAIN PRAGUE at the AUGUSTINE on 9-10 February 2011.
The event was very successful. We saw great interest in Japanese food in Czech and surrounding countries.
We also had a great opportunity to show how our ingredients can be used in the Western cuisine at the UKTI Gala dinner. The 5 course dinner was prepared by Mr. Alan Coxon - a wonderful and inspirational celebrity chef.

“Yutaka tempura battered Fortuna wild caught Loligo squid with Hawkshead Chilli Lime and ginger jelly”
“Flash Seared Fortuna Seafoods Falkland Kingclip, in Yutaka Panko Japanese breadcrumbs served with a warm oriental Yutaka ginger and micro green salad”
“A 14th century Old English recipe of slow cooked Shin of Eblex British beef, marinated in Coxon’s Medieval Old English Ale Gar, braised in beer and served with its liquor topped with a flash seared Eblex British beef fillet infused with Stokes course grain mustard ... Accompanied with Geeta’s onion chutney, and an Adams Pilgrims stilton cheese and Yutaka wasabi fritter, lightly dusted with Green Top cracking shavings"
