Terms and Conditions

1. Age Restriction: You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase alcohol. By placing an order of alcohol, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
   
   
2. Products: All products are subject to availability at the time of orders. Tazaki Foods Ltd reserves the right to alter prices or any specification without notice. When you order by the online shop, we will quickly confirm your order details via email.
   
   
3. Payment: We accept Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Debit cards: Visa Electron, Delta, UK Maestro and Switch.
   
   
   
   
4. Security of Credit/Debit Card Payments: For ordering we will require the following details: Your Name, Home Address, E-mail address, Credit/Debit Card Number, Expiry Date and Telephone Number. All orders will be delivered to cardholders address unless a preferred delivery address is filled in. All card details are sent to our head office in encrypted form via our shopping basket software system. This prevents unauthorized access. After processing all Credit/Debit Card details are removed from computer records/files.
   
   
5. Delivery: Please note that items can only be delivered within United Kingdom and allow 2-3 working days before despatch. Please note that extra charges will apply for delivery to Northern Ireland and remote areas (Highlands and islands of Scotland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly). For more details please see the comprehensive chart below and select the appropriate delivery option when you place an order. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. The consignment number allocated to your order will be sent later by e-mail with your despatch details.

   We are very sorry that before noon and saturday services are not available for delivery outside the UK mainland. These charges apply for all orders up to 10 KG in weight. When the total weight of the product(s) exceeds 10KG, additional charges of 30 pence per one KG will occur.
   
   
6. Packaging: For each delivery, we charge £1 for packaging.
   
   
7. Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 12 hours after your order has been placed. Please go to “Online Shop Help” and send your message and reason(s) of cancellation via e-mail.
   
   
8. Refunds: Claims for shortages/breakages need to be sent via e-mail immediately and confirmed in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please send the photographs of damaged goods for an immediate replacement. All damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection, along with a copy of the delivery note.
   
   
9. Out of Stock: Should any item be out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately to either refund the price of the item or offer an alternative product.
   
   
10. Data Protection: No details will be given to any third party. All office paperwork is incinerated on site.
    
    
11. All purchases and services from Tazaki Foods Ltd are subject to English law and jurisdiction and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.
